This first-level course covers what spiritual practice is, its various formats, its structure, and how to start it for yourself. It covers the basics that are common to almost any spiritual practice, with hands-on, practical examples.

By end of this course, you will develop more confidence about starting your spiritual lifestyle with your practices, and have enough knowledge to be up and running right away!
